In 2005, Joe Haasch began his career at Liberty Electric Tattoo in Fort Worth, Texas. There, he gained a loyal clientele that would follow him all over Fort Worth until he settled down at Elm Street Tattoo in Dallas, Texas in 2012. As his clientele grew, so did his appointment bookings. Seeing this, Oliver Peck opened Heart in Hand Deep Ellum in 2016, where Joe would continue to do appointment-only tattoos, along with 3 other fellow artists.
Seeking to fulfill his dream and to bring the Heart in Hand family further West, Joe and Oliver teamed up to open Heart in Hand Arlington, a World Class tattoo shop with quality artistry and beautiful design.
Heart in Hand Arlington opened February of 2022 in a prime location near The Parks Mall on Cooper. We pride ourselves on quality service, professional tattooing, and pristine customer service.
